We use it only to contact you about your enquiry, quote and carry out the work, invoice you, and follow up after the job (including asking for a review).
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it where needed to do the job or run the business, such as our accountant, our website host and form tools, payment and booking tools, or Google when you enquire through a Google ad form, or where the law requires it.
Website and advertising
Our website uses Google Ads tags and cookies to measure which ads lead to enquiries, such as form submissions and taps on our phone number. This helps us spend our advertising wisely. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. If you share your Roof Health Check results, anyone with the link can see your score and suburb, but not your name or contact details.
How we store it
Your details are kept on our phone, email and business software, protected by passwords. We keep them only as long as we need them for the job, warranty and tax records.
