- Cracked or slipped tiles. Replaced with matching tiles and re-secured.
- Cracked or missing pointing. The mortar on your ridge capping breaks down with age and lets water straight in. We repoint with flexible pointing.
- Loose ridge capping. Rebedded and repointed so it stays put in storms.
- Blocked or rusted valleys. Cleared, or valley irons replaced.
- Old silicone "fixes". Removed and repaired properly so the leak doesn't come back.
- Storm damage. Urgent make-safe repairs to stop water getting in, then a proper fix.
