High-pressure clean
Dirt, moss and lichen removed from every tile.
Repairs
Broken tiles replaced, valleys checked and fixed.
Rebedding and repointing
Ridge caps re-secured and sealed with flexible pointing.
Protective coating
2 coats of membrane to seal the tiles and bring colour and life back to your roof.
Gutter clean
Gutters cleared at the end of the job.

Yes. Terracotta is usually cleaned, repaired and repointed rather than painted.
